No. 492/8/493/1 and 493/2 of Gopalapuram village as per the orders passed in W.P.No. 32931 of 2015 dated 05.01.2016 is in violation of Article 14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the directions of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.s. 1197 and 3631 of 1998 dated 23.3.1998 and W.P.N os 32931 of 2015 dated 05.01.2016 and set aside the same, consequently direct the respondents not to conduct auction of the quarrying rights in respect of Gopalapuram sand reach between 32,900 to 33600 Kms of Vasishta Godavari river without completing the survey as per the orders passed in W.P.No. 32931 of 2015 dated 05.01.2016 and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. The challenge in this Writ Petition is issuing auction notification dated 20.01.2016 for sand quarrying rights in respect of Gopalapuram sand reach between 32,900 to 33,600 KMs., of Vasishta Godavari river without completing survey of the lands. In view of the interim directions of this Court dated 05.02.2016, no auction was taken place for the period for which the notification was issued and the said period was already completed. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
