Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State in the Court today is taken on record. 4. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Mohd Kaif @ Raju, who has been accused in FIR No.0171 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5 and 11 (1) of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar. The Applicant is in judicial custody since 19.12.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it is a case of parity as co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in BA 1st No.66 of 2026, vide order dated 14.01.2026. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant – Mohd Kaif @ Raju, who has been accused in FIR No.0171 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 11 (1) of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
