Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that this matter has become infructuous and that no further adjudication is required. 3. Placing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. . 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
