HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT PETITION No.14374 of 2026 ORDER:(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent- authorities in attempting to take physical possession of the petitioner’s schedule property, being an RCC roofed residential building (Ground and First Floor) built on site measuring 143.3 square yards at T.S.No.782, Door No.22B-3-7, Eluru Town 15th E Ward, Eluru Municipality, Eluru, West Godavari District-534002, by issuing the Advocate Commissioner Notice, dated 29.04.2026 scheduled to dispossess the petitioner on 07.05.2026 notwithstanding the pending S.A.No.424 of 2025 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Article 14, 19, 21, 300A of the Constitution of India. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that this matter has become infructuous and that no further adjudication is required. 3. Placing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. . 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
