Earlier application was rejected on merits vide order dated 04.05.2026 passed in M.Cr.C(A) No.665/2026. 2. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 15.11.2025, when Ashutosh Chaitanya, an accused in Crime No.645/2025 registered at Police Station Takhatpur, was produced before the Court at Bilaspur for remand, a large number of persons assembled in the court premises. It is alleged that the present Applicants, along with others, unlawfully entered the court premises, abused and threatened the accused with dire consequences and attempted to assault him. It is further alleged that despite the deployment of more than 100 police personnel to control the situation, the Applicants and others pushed and obstructed the police personnel, thereby preventing public servants from discharging their official duties. Accordingly, the present crime came to be registered against the present Applicant under the offences as mentioned above. Hence this application. 3 3. None appears for the Applicant nor is any representation made on his behalf when the case is called out for hearing. 4. Learned State Counsel opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that this is the second application for anticipatory bail, the earlier application has already been rejected on merits and there is no change in the circumstances warranting reconsideration of the Applicant's prayer, therefore, this application may be rejected. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the State and perused the material available in the case diary. 6. This being the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application having already been rejected on merits, no ground is made out to reconsider the matter. 7. Accordingly, the present repeat Anticipatory Bail application of the Applicant –Satish Dahariya, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with Crime No.1360/2025, registered at Police Station – Civil Line, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 221, 132, 296, 351(2) and 299 of BNS, is hereby rejected. 4 8.
