Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner would abide by the conditions imposed by this Court and had been engaged with the ISKCON authorities since the Mid 80s. Petitioner has been falsely implicated with a criminal case which is based on documents. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor produces the Case Diary and submits the memo of evidence. 2 3. I have taken into into account the nature of the materials which are appearing and the fact that the case is continuing since 2019. Having considered the same I am inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 4. As such, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/arresting officer of the case and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and/or under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is further directed that petitioner shall make himself available as and when called for by the Investigating Officer and if the petitioner leaves the State of West Bengal he shall inform the Investigating Officer. 5. Accordingly, CRM (A) 625 of 2026 is allowed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
