The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(2), 74, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific allegation of assault is against other co- accused persons. So far as these two petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to have looted the shop of informant. There is no allegation of specific overt act against petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwarsthan P.S.
