The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sector-IV P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025. It has been alleged that one Shankar Kumar had impersonated himself as the Assistant Branch Manager of SBI and taken away all the jewellaries of the mother of the informant on the pretext of keeping it in the locker as well as an amount of Rs. 30,000/-. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of Sankalp Kumar. The petitioner runs a jewellary shop and it has come that he has purchased the jewellary from Sankalp Kumar. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.12.2025. Regard being had to the role played by the petitioner as depicted above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Sector-IV P.S.
