1. Petitioner (party-in-person) is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to forthwith register an FIR based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2026 and investigate the offences disclosed therein;
b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to immediately disclose and produce before this Hon'ble Court the complete URL, and all associated details of the unauthorised Facebook Fan Page;
c) Direct an independent judicial enquiry or constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by a senior judicial officer to inquire into the systematic withholding of digital evidence and the role/conduct of the offices of Respondents No.2 to 6;
d) Pray to pass such other orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice, equity, and protection of constitutional rights.
2. A memo for withdrawal dated 07.07.2026 has been filed signed by the petitioner (party-in-person), which reads as under:
"The Petitioner above-named respectfully submits as follows:
1. The Petitioner has filed the top-noted Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, which is currently pending at the Filing Record(FR) stage before the Scrutiny Bench of this Hon’ble Court.
2. The Petitioner respectfully submits that he does not wish to prosecute this matter further before this Hon’ble Court and intends to pursue alternative statutory remedies available under the law. The alternate remedy is to file a private complaint seeking magisterial enquiry of witnesses in the lower court as advised by the High court free legal aid panel lawyer assigned to the petitioners case.

3. Therefore, the Petitioner intends to withdraw the top- noted petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action if the need arises subsequently.
PRAYER: It is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition as “not pressed” with liberty to file a fresh petition if needed, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Accepting the said memo, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
