1. This MCC has been filed by the applicant wife for modification of the
judgment & order dated 12-11-2025 passed by this Court in FAM No.154/2017 accepting the Mediation Report dated 10-10-2025.
2. Mr. Vikas Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant herein/wife, would submit that the husband/non-applicant herein is not registering the gift deed in favour of the wife and asking SISTA SOMAYAJULU Digitally signed by SISTA SOMAYAJULU Date: 2026.07.23 18:06:35 +0530
2 for the entire expenses to be borne by the wife, whereas, Mr. Vikas Patel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant herein/husband, would submit that it is the applicant herein/wife who has to borne all the expenses.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions made herein-above and also gone through the Mediation Report dated 10-10-2025.
4. In the Mediation Report it has been clearly mentioned that so far as the gift is concerned, registration fee has to be borne by Smt. Radhabai and as such rest of the fee has to be born by Rudrasharan Pratap Singh. Consequently, other expenses except registration fee has to be borne by the husband and registration fee has to be borne by the wife. Thus, it is clear that registration fee has to be borne by the wife and rest of the expenses has to be born by the husband. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of finally. Sd/- Sd/- (Sanjay K.
