This Court, vide order dated 06.04.2026 passed in CRR No. 432 of 2026, while disposing of the revision petition of the petitioner, namely, Smt. Akansha Singh had expressed its trust that the Family Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the proceedings expeditiously in KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of that order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Principal Judge Family Court, Durg, District- Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 02.07.2026 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings. 4. It transpires from perusal of the P.U.D. that the progress of the proceedings was affected due to the non-cooperation of the non- applicant, Mukund Singh. The record further reveals that an interlocutory application was filed by the said non-applicant, on account of which the proceedings could not be concluded within the stipulated period. In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned Family Court concerned has submitted that additional time is required for completion of the remaining proceedings. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
