The order passed by the Commissioner of School Education on May 22, 2023 rejecting the petitioner’s application seeking transfer is impugned in the instant writ petition. 3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are several new grounds, which the petitioner intends to urge, seeking transfer. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply afresh seeking transfer disclosing grounds for the same. The application can be made on the online mode. In the event the online portal is not functioning, then offline application in the prescribed format may be 2 filed by the petitioner seeking transfer in accordance with law. 5. If any application is made seeking transfer, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the application. 6. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner. If the petitioner’s application is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7.
