1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.
2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the private respondent no. 6 is usurping the rights of the petitioners to obtain the benefits of one Himani Mishra who served as nurse in the State Government Hospital. Himani Mishra expired on January 9, 2026.
3. The petitioners and the private respondent no. 6 are at complete loggerheads as to who is the legal heir and representative, thereby entitled to obtain the benefits accrued to the estate of the late Himani Mishra.
4. A completely private dispute has been brought into the realm of the Writ Court which cannot be entertained.
5. The petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate steps in the Civil Court, if so advised.

6. Thus, the writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
7. There will be no order as to costs.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon usual undertakings.
