The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner on the ground that despite of the order dated 21/11/2017 passed by this Court in WPC/6256/2017, the respondent authorities have not paid the arrears of revised salary to him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled to get arrears of the revised pay scale, however, the same has not been paid to him by the respondent authorities, which is unsustainable and bad in law. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 would submit that the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur has granted revised pay scale to the petitioner along with other untrained teachers (Panchayat) who have completed 8 years of service vide order dated 14/09/2018 (Annexure R-3/1) and thereafter, vide letter dated 16/05/2019 (Annexure R-3/2) the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur has sent demand letter for budget for payment of arrears to the Teacher (Panchayat) cadre who have been granted revised pay scale. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their submissions and perused the record. 3 5. Be that as it may, the Director, Panchayat Directorate, Raipur is directed to do well to consider the request of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur and pass necessary order expeditiously, in accordance with law. 6.
