The Superintendent of Police, Hazaribag SP Office new Collecteriat, PO-Hazaribag PS-Sadar Dist.-Hazaribag (Jharkhand). .....Respondent(s) --------- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --------- For the Petitioner(s) : M/s. Awanish Ranjan Mishra, Rohit Ranajan, Animesh Kumar Bhaiya, Advocates For the Respondent(s) : A.C. to S.C.(Mines)-III --------- 06/Dated:-28.09.2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner for quashing the order dated 30.11.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent whereby the 3rd respondent has wrongly transferred the Petitioner Constable 1056 from Hazaribagh District Force to Jharkhand Armed Police. 3. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that though the transfer was made contrary to Rule 778 (x) of the Jharkhand Police Manual and Guidelines of the Government that any Police Personnel cannot be transferred from District Force to Jharkhand Armed Police, however, since there was no stay of the impugned order of transfer, he joined the transferred place; as 2026:JHHC:29065 2 such, interest of justice would be sufficed by granting a liberty to the petitioner to approach the 3rd Respondent to raise his grievance with regard to transfer. 4. There is no objection from the respondents. 5. Having regard to the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner; accordingly, the instant writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the 3rd Respondent to raise his grievance with regard to transfer, if so advised. 6. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) SEPTEMBER 28, 2026 vikas/- uploaded 09/10/2026
