The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19.01.2023, passed by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, by which the respondents were directed to make the complete payment of due retiral benefits along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents-contemnors submits that the principal amount was paid long back, however, the interest part was due, and the same has also been paid in terms [2026:RJ-JP:16872] (2 of 2) [CCP-601/2023] of the last order of this Court dated 13.04.2026 by which the respondents have now paid a sum of Rs. 2,34,000/- to the petitioner and the petitioner admits that he has received the same amount. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after this, only a certain amount against Government Holidays and DA is still pending and respondents have not yet made payment against the same. 4. Considering the fact that the substantial compliance has been made, however, it is stated that respondents-contemnors would also take the necessary steps for payment of the amount under the two heads within a reasonable time. 5.
