Heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. It is submitted that Case Diary already received and Case Diary is lying before this Court since last date. Further he submitted that as per Report of the I/O dated 09.03.2026, after obtaining the order of interim pre-arrest bail, the petitioners did not appear before the I/O, nor cooperated in the investigation of this case. From the record it is seen that on 19.02.2026 also the Case Diary was received but on that occasion also it is seen that the statement of the petitioners is not available in the Case Diary, for which the updated Case Diary was called for. But, from the Report dated 09.03.2026 by the I/O, it is seen that the petitioners did not cooperate in the investigation of this case. In view of this, considering the conduct of the petitioners, the anticipatory bail application hereby disposed of and order of interim granted to the petitioners dated 23.10.2025 is hereby vacated.
