The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the order of suspension issued by Respondent No.2-Authority vide Rc.No.Disc.Case/Z-II/3135515/2026/2026-1, dated 17.02.2026 and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 passed on the written instructions, dated 15.06.2026 signed by the Joint Secretary, APSWREIS, wherein it is stated that the reinstatement orders would be issued within a period of one (1) week pending disciplinary proceedings. The relevant portion of the instructions is extracted below; “It is respectfully submitted that Sri D. Singarayya, PGT (Maths) while working as In-charge Principal at Dr.BRAG (B), Rudravaram, Krishna District was placed under suspension pending inquiry T/o Procgs Rc.No.Dis.Case/Z- II/3135515/2026-1, dated 17.02.2026. Further, it is respectfully submitted that the Competent/Disciplinary Authority agreed to reinstate Sri D.Singarayya, PGT (Maths), I/c Principal (U/s) into service, pending disciplinary proceedings. Accordingly, necessary posting orders for reinstatement will be issued within one week.” 4 3. In the light of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and the Writ Petition is closed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
