2. On due consideration I.A. No. 1 stands allowed. Accordingly, the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
3. Admit.
4. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.
5. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the connected cases, namely, MAC No. 1533/2019 (Anil Kumar v. Nakul) and MAC No. 1460/2019 (Gajendra Kumar v. Nakul), have already been decided by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2025, whereby the matters were remitted back to the learned Tribunal.
6. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the
order dated 08.10.2025 passed in MAC No. 1533/2019 and MAC No. 1460/2019. The relevant paragraph No. 11 is reproduced hereinbelow:
"11. The matters are remitted back to the learned Tribunal for fresh adjudication after affording due opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The parties shall be at liberty to lead evi- dence, if so advised."
7. Accordingly, the parties shall appear before the concerned Tribunal on
19.08.2026.
8. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of. Sd/-
