(ii) Pass such other orders in the circumstances of the case including costs of this writ petition." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the partition suit is of the year 2010 and has been pending for the last 16 years. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court has perused the documents placed before it, and it appears that there are a number of parties in this suit. Considering the same, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of requesting the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than December, 2027. ii.
