Mr. V.S. Rawat, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.29 of 2018, arising out of FIR No.3222 of 2007, under Sections 121, 121A, 120B, 124A, 153B IPC, and Section 10/20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 2019, Police Station Nanak Matta, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. It is argued by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 2 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
