When the matter is called in the before lunch sessions and also post- lunch sessions, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the main suit in O.S.No.33 of 2012 itself was decreed on 11.07.2025. Aggrieved by the said order and decree, the very same revision petitioner has filed an appeal in A.S.No.570 of 2025 before this Court and the same is also pending. He has also placed on record a copy of the e-Courts status of the case trial Court and the same has been as part of the record. 4.
