Mr. Aakib Ahmed, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Lalit Miglani, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The grievance which has been canvassed by the petitioner is against Municipal Corporation, Haridwar, with the allegation that Nagar Nigam has decided to install a gate in the colony where the petitioner resides by passing the impugned order. 4. The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition can very well be granted in a civil suit filed by the petitioner as advised to him. 5. This Court in writ jurisdiction cannot shift the allegation and counter allegations of the parties as to why the gate be installed and not to be installed; therefore no interference is warranted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 6.
