It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that these three documents are vital documents which are essential for proper adjudication of the issues involved in the suit and it directly contradicts the oral and documentary evidence of plaintiff and PW2 and sought for allowing this application. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent, on the other hand, has raised objection in allowing this application stating that this application has been filed after the examination of PW2 and sought for dismissing this application. 4. It is seen from the records that document no.2 is the original of a collateral security for loan amount RM 500000 and document nos.1 & 3 are e-mail copy dated 07.03.2018 and screenshot picture. Though, it is contended that this application has been filed after the completion of the examination of PW2, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that these documents would be marked through the remaining witnesses of the defence side.
