The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.9489 of 2025. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No.9243 of 2025. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
