By way of this MCC, the applicant has prayed for following reliefs:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application for extension of time with respect to directions given in W.P.(C) No. 2472/2022, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier writ petition filed by the applicant was disposed of with a direction to approach the competent authority within the stipulated period. However, owing to the delayed receipt of the certified copy of the order and certain bona fide personal difficulties, the applicant could not comply with the said direction within the prescribed time. It is submitted that the delay is neither intentional nor deliberate, but occurred due to circumstances beyond the applicant's control. 3 Therefore, it is prayed that the delay be condoned and the time granted under the earlier order be suitably extended in the interest of justice. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the same. 4. Taking into consideration submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this MCC is allowed. 5. Further, a period of 10 days from today is granted to the applicant to file an appropriate application before the concerned authorities. Upon receipt of such application, the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of its receipt. 6. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to the applicant. In the event the application is not filed within the aforesaid period, this order shall lose its efficacy.
