Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V. Maheswar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the main writ petition, vide W.P.No.13651 of 2015, was disposed of on 28.10.2021 and the petitioner was appointed as Trained Graduate Teacher (English) and posted to Andhra Pradesh Model School, Garladinne, Ananthapuramu District, vide orders dated 01.12.2021. He therefore prays that the present contempt case be closed. 3. On the other hand, Sri V. Adi Narayana, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, did not dispute the said submission and, in turn, confirmed the same. 4. Recording the above said submissions, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
