Having considered the reasons assigned in the application, I.A. No. 01 of 2025 is allowed and delay of 24 days caused in filing MCC is hereby condoned. 3. The present application has been moved for restoration of MAC No. 1516 of 2024 which was dismissed on 06.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for applicant would submit that on account of some unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear before this Court when the matter was taken up for hearing, therefore, MAC No. 1516 of 2024 was dismissed for want of prosecution. He would submit that the applicant has good case on merits and is highly interested in pursuing the matter. He would pray to restore the appeal to its original number. 5. Heard. 6. Having considered submissions made by Mr. Agrawal and reasons assigned in the application, the instant MCC for restoration of MAC No. 1516 of 2024 is hereby allowed.
