2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is defendant No.1 in the suit, and the respondent is the plaintiff. An ex parte injunction was passed in his favour. After entering appearance, the petitioner has filed the written statement and his objections. Even after the pleadings completed, the trial Court, without considering I.A.No.1, has been continuously extending the ad-interim injunction that was granted. Hence, he is before this Court seeking a direction to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of I.A.No.1.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact that this injunction was granted on 02.08.2025 and it is continued till now and it is almost even after more than 10 months, the same was not considered by the trial Court. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. The 1st Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, (CCH-2) is requested to dispose of I.A.No.1 in O.S.No.5572/2025 as expeditiously as possible, but
