City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, whereby the trial court has adjourned I.A.No.3/2025 till notices are issued to all the defendants. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, according to the petitioner, the violation is attributable to defendant No.1, who has already been served, and that the court ought to have passed an order on I.A.No.3. 3. Before this court, the petitioner has taken out hand summons on the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 before the trial Court and has filed a memo to that effect. For the other respondents, he has sought dispensation of notice and this Court, by order dated 09.07.2026, has dispensed notice to the other respondents.
