At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already demolished the non-sanctionable violations but some of the sanctionable violations are still in place, regarding which the petitioners wish to file an appropriate application before the appropriate competent authority under the law and therefore, prayed for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the said remedy. 2. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submitted that he has no objection in case the petitioners withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke the remedy available to them in accordance with law before the appropriate competent authority. 3.
