It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.15386 of 2012 itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution, vide Order dated 13.09.2023, which is on record. The Final Order passed by the erstwhile High Court dated 13.09.2023 is taken on record. 3. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.
