ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before the Court seeking the following prayer:
"Wherefore, it is prayed that, this Hon'ble court be pleased to quash the order dated: 02.02.2026 passed by the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC at Doddaballapura, in PCR No.34/2026, issuing notice to the petitioners vide ANNEXURE-"B" in the interest of justice."
2. Heard Sri. Girish S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri. Gadilingappa G.M., learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

3. The petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3, call in question the registration of a private complaint in PCR.No.34/2026 for the offence punishable under Section 316(2), 318(2), 318(4), 336(1) and 336(2) read with Section 3(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. The petitioners on pre-cognizance stage notice is before the Court, the petition undoubtedly is premature.
4. The petitioners are reserved liberty to approach the Court at a later date, if the concerned Court would pass any orders of taking the proceedings further or referring the matter for investigation.
5. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands
disposed.
