It is next submitted that there is an inordinate delay of five days in lodging the F.I.R. and no medical report has been brought on record. It is next submitted that the similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 13.07.2026 passed in A.B.A. No. 3729 of 2026.
