Since common questions of fact and law are involved in both the petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 614 of 2026 alone are being considered and discussed. 4. Petitioner was put under suspension, vide order dated 17.02.2026 passed by Director, Integrated Child Development Services, Uttarakhand. Petitioner has challenged the said order on the ground that there is no recital in the order that the charges against her are so serious that in the event of these being established, major penalty would be inflicted upon her. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a judgment rendered by this Court in WPSS No. 2199 of 2025 & other connected petitions. He submits that since identical issue is decided in those writ petitions, therefore, the present writ petition also deserves to be decided in terms of said judgment. 6. Mr. S.S. Chaudhary, learned 2026:UHC:1342 Standing Counsel for the State concedes that the issue involved here is identical to the one decided in WPSS No. 2199 of 2025. 7. In such view of the matter, the writ petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated 15.12.2025 rendered in WPSS No. 2199 of 2025 & other connected matters. The impugned suspension order(s) is quashed. However, it shall be open to the Competent Authority to pass fresh order(s), as per law.
