For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Awanish Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant and others were brutally assaulted by Yogender Saw and his henchmen, when they had gone to get their trucks released. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned court below. Submission has been advanced that allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. However, regard being had to the generality of the allegations leveled against the petitioner and the fact that several accused persons have been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Keredari P.S.
