Vide order dated 14.07.2026, time was extended in favour of the petitioner to come up with the deposit of Rs. 5,30,000/- by the next date and the Executing court- Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, (Munsiff) Tangmarg, was directed to submit a report as to whether petitioner has made any deposit or advancement of Rs. 2,20,000/- in connection with the execution proceedings. Compliance report from the Executing court stands received, a perusal whereof reveals that petitioner, till date, has deposited Rs. 2,40,000/- in connection with the execution proceedings, which means that an amount of Rs. 5,10,000/- is still outstanding against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not come up with any proof with respect to the deposit of balance amount. He seeks and is granted one week as last and final opportunity in the interest of justice to deposit balance amount of Rs. 5,10,000/- before learned Registrar Judicial of this court, failing which interim orders passed by this court shall be deemed vacated and Executing court shall be at liberty to proceed with the execution proceedings in accordance with law.
