The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash/set-aside the impugned FIR No. 0440/2025 registered by P.S. Sakri, Bilaspur (C.G.) on dated 02.07.2025 for offence u/s 296, 351(2), 324(4) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S), 2023, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition was filed by the petitioner for quashing of the FIR, but during the pendency of the present petition, charge-sheet has been filed and further, learned trial Court has taken the cognizance. It is further submitted that the matter has been duly compromised between the parties outside the Court and a copy of compromise deed executed between the parties has been annexed with the petition. 4. In view of the above submission, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application before the trial Court concerned, which shall verify the compromise entered between the parties and pass the further order. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
