The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “WHEREFORE, the petitioners pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for records and: a) Quash the order bearing No Nil dated 22.04.2016 passed by the 4th respondent vide Annexure- L and by issuing a writ of certiorari. b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the balance of subside amount of Rs 6,00,800/- along with interest forthwith to the petitioners. c) Issue such other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similar issue has been decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of N.Ravi Vs. The State of Karnataka and Others in W.P.No.5003/2021 disposed of on 18.08.2021. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35665 WP No. 36093 of 2024 4. There is no particular dispute as regards the same by the learned AGA and the applicability of the said judgment to the present matter. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) It is held that the petitioners are eligible to 90% of the amount as subsidy. The respondents are directed to make payment of the balance subsidy after taking into account the payment already made.
