Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 3 months and in spite of the earlier direction, till date the seizure-list witnesses have not been examined and only one witness has been examined. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the seizure in the present case is 46.9 kg of ganja from the joint possession of the petitioner and others. 3. In view of the delay in the trial, as a matter of last chance, I direct the State to complete the seizure-list witnesses on a priority basis within a period of 3 months. 2 4. If within a period of 3 months the learned Trial Court faces inconvenience, then the same may be stretched up to a period of 6 months from the date of communication of this order. 5. After the aforesaid period is over, learned Trial Court would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper for ensuring further appearance before the Court. 6. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M. (NDPS) 895 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
