Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police had invoked new Sections in the FIR under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, for the third time and he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions for the relief sought. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending CRM(s), if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
