JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, considering the period of the petitioner's incarceration, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case within a stipulated time frame, failing which, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court. 2. The said submission is recorded. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
