This MCC has been filed for restoration of TPC No. 115 of 2025, which was dismissed by a peremptory order of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2025. 2. He submits that during the relevant period, he and his associates were in adjustment, due to which the process fee could not be paid, resulting in dismissal of the petition. He further submits that the non- compliance was a bona fide mistake without any deliberate intention and prays for restoration of the TPC. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant and the pleadings contained in the MCC, the same is allowed. Accordingly, TPC No. 115 of 2025 is restored to its original number, subject to payment of process fee within a period of three days in the said TPC. 4.
