He submits that the order of injunction should be vacated for such reason. The order of injunction is appellable under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure. After some argument learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned trial judge with an appropriate application. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps before the learned trial judge in accordance with law.
