Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is the owner of the vehicle i.e., TVS JUPITER bearing No.AP 39 JV 0885 has filed Crl.M.P.No.1030 of 2025 before the I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam seeking interim custody of the vehicle which was allowed on a condition to furnish the Bank guarantee for Rs.50,000/-. The petitioner could not afford to furnish the same due to her financial constraints. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that modifying the said condition is necessary in this matter. 3 4. Considering the submissions made, as can be seen from the order passed by the learned Special Judge, the petitioner has been directed to furnish a bank guarantee for Rs.50,000/- for which, the petitioner could not afford. In that view of the matter, it is apposite to dispose of the petition by modifying the condition to the effect that 8the petitioner shall furnish bank guarantee for Rs.40,000/-9 instead of Rs.50,000/-, as was ordered earlier and the rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge shall remain unaltered. 6.
