Heard Mr. S. C. Pandit, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Chutia, learned Addl. Senior Government Advocate, representing the respondent nos. 1 & 3 and Mr. S. P. Das, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. By filing this Interlocutory Application, the applicant has prayed for deleting his name from the names of the petitioners from the connecting writ petition, i.e., WP(C) No. 5829/2021. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner no. 1, i.e., the applicant herein, has already secured another job in a different department.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, which is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, prayer of the Applicant/Petitioner No. 1 is allowed for deletion of the name of the applicant/petitioner no. 1 from the connected writ petition. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioners shall file an amended Cause-Title in the connected writ petition.
