The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the petitioner has made a request to the Registrar of Assurance, Record Section on August 18, 2025 for providing the certified copy of the sale deed registered by Book No. 1, Volume No. 47, Page Nos. 261 to 268 being Serial No. 1178 of 1984 registered in the office of the Registrar of Assurance, Kolkata. The petitioner has also deposited the requisite fee for obtaining the certified copy but in spite of receipt of the representation and requisite fee, the respondent authorities have not provided the certified copy of the aforesaid deed. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 4. This Court finds that the petitioner has made a request to the Registrar of Assurance for providing the certified copy of the deed as mentioned above but that has not been 2 provided. Though the petitioner had already deposited the requisite fee for obtaining the certified copy. 5. In view of the above, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated August 18, 2025 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to provide certified copy of the deed to the petitioner on completion of all formalities within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. WPA 11023 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
