Item- A- 2123. sg 13-07-2026 Ct. 6 CO 1465 of 2026 Satadru Harh & Anr. Versus Saikat Harh [ None appears for the petitioners. No accommodation has been sought either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur, to hear the parties on the issue of deficit court fees and to pass an order on an application under 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. After going through the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 16th May, 2026 was fixed for further hearing on the point of deficit court fees. In the event the issue regarding deficit court fees has not yet been decided, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur, is requested to conclude the hearing of such issue and dispose of the same forthwith. After disposal of the said issue, the learned Trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously if the same is still pending. With the above directions, this civil revisional application stands disposed of.
