Report reflects that on 17.07.2026, next date has been fixed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia. The Officer-in-Charge of Bhimpur Police Station, Nadia will ensure that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhimpur, namely, Bamapada Mondal be present before the Court on 17.07.2026. 2. In case the Sub-Inspector is not present on the regular dates fixed by the learned Trial Court, the Superintendent of Police will start disciplinary proceedings against the Sub-Inspector of Police, namely, Bamapada Mondal as it is only for for his evidence, the trial is being stretched for the present and the harsher process of law of the learned Trial Court was not executed. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage. 2 4. The learned Trial Court would try to complete whole of the process including the verdict to be pronounced by 8th of October, 2026. 5. Accordingly, C.R.M. (M) 966 of 2026 is disposed of. 6. Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta will send a copy of the order to the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagar Police District. 7.
