The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the impugned transfer order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, the petitioner who is serving as a Computer Operator, has been transferred from Development Block Salooni, District 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:8936 Chamba, to Development Block Bharmour, District Chamba. 3. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at Development Block Salooni, District Chamba, but his grievance is that he has been transferred to Development Block Bharmour, District Chamba, which is a tribal area, ignoring the fact that earlier also he has served in tribal area for more than 10 years. 4. In light of this fact, this petition is disposed of without disturbing the transfer order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), but with the observation that let the petitioner be adjusted at some other station, which is not a tribal area, within a period of two weeks from today. Till then the petitioner shall not be forced to join at Development Block Bharmour, District Chamba and he shall be allowed to serve at Development Block Salooni, District Chamba.
