It appears that the earlier application made by the petitioner is pending consideration since 2022. A considerable period of time has elapsed in the meantime. There may have been change in the medical condition of the spouse of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to apply afresh in the online mode. In the event the online portal is not functioning, then offline application in the prescribed format may be filed by the petitioner seeking transfer in accordance with law. 4. If any application is made seeking transfer, the same shall be considered and disposed of in 2 accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the application. 5. Report of the CMOH shall be taken into consideration at the time of taking a decision in the matter. 6. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner. If the petitioner’s application is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
